Checkout process

1. There are two pages Cart page and Checkout page for the checkout process. Healing Habits allows customers to checkout without creating an account.
2. Healing Habits coupons can be applied from the CART and CHECKOUT pages.

Various kinds of payment methods are accepted:

• Direct bank transfer;
• PayPal Payments;
• Debit or Credit Card (PayPal);

Direct bank transfer

Make your payment directly to Healing Habits bank account by Interac e-Transfer.
NOTE: This Direct bank transfer is available for transfer money between Canadian banks only.
Please use your Order ID as the payment reference. Your order will not be accepted until the funds are credited to our account.

PayPal Payments

To use your Debit or Credit Card on PayPal, you’ll need to add it to your PayPal profile.

Also you can pay with your Debit or Credit Card if you don’t have a PayPal account.

The Order of Product Delivery

1. Your order will be shipped within 3 business days of receiving your payment.
2. We will keep you notified of factors that could affect the shipping time of your order and one of our representatives will contact you in order to coordinate shipping.
3. After you submit an order, you will receive a confirmation email.
4. Once your order is shipped, you will be emailed the tracking information for your order’s shipment.

How Much Does Regular Shipping Cost?

1. Shipping cost ranges from FREE to 10% from the cost of the order and varies depending on the delivery destination, shipping methods, warehouse location, and the product you choose.
2. Following 2 (two) Shipping zones are determined:

• US zone;
• Other countries.

3. You can check the shipping cost of the order on your Cart page by specifying your Shipping address.

Free shipping

It is a special method that can be triggered by coupons, product categories, and minimum spending.
Free shipping by a MINIMUM order amount (default) defined for Aromatherapy category only:

• US zone – US$60;
• Other countries – US$60.

What Is the Average Delivery Time?

1. It is 7 to 12 business days.
2. If you want to receive products sooner, you can choose other preferred shipping methods.
Of course, you must pay additionally for that and the charge depends on your delivery destination and package weight.
3. The average delivery time by preferred shipping methods are 4 to 12 business days.

The Order of Return

• You can request a return of products on orders within 5 (five) business days after you received your product.
• You must contact our representatives within this time frame to start your return.
• Healing Habits accepts returns on products in unopened packaging, also as defective products, products damaged at the time of receipt and products with not related to order.
• All products must be with the original packaging.
• You are responsible for paying return shipping cost.
• Refunds are processed within 7 (seven) business days after Healing Habits accepted the cancellation.
• The refund will be processed using the same payment method as the order was paid for. You also will receive a confirmation e-mail from us.
• For credit card payment, refund time may vary from different issuing banks’ policies. You may call your credit card issuing Bank to verify your refund.
