Chamomile water is famous for its soothing, smoothing and anti-inflammatory properties.
Roman Chamomile hydrosol is an excellent mist or compress for sensitive skin, rashes, sunburn and irritation, it is mildly astringent and useful for most skin types but not long term use for dry skin. It is calming and soothing to stress and aggravation. It is wonderful for babies and children, added to the bath or misted on bedding.

NOTE:
Hydrosols should not be stored in the refrigerator. They like a cool, stable environment and temperature fluctuations disturb them. If you do refrigerate yours, or if it is exposed to extreme temperatures, bring your hydrosol to room temperature gradually and gently.
